Payments

All the prices stated on the english version of this website are stated in Euros, and they have VAT and additional fees included, unless something else is stated.

Online payment can only be done using one of the following credit cards, Dankort, eDankort, VISA, Mastercard, VISA Electron, Maestro or JVC. An additional transaction fee for these cards will be added. The size of the fee will be stated before you accept your purchase.

It is safe for you to make a purchase through our online booking system. As a consumer you are secured against any possible abuse of your credit card since there exists no excess regarding this. Read more about this, and how you as a consumer should relate to online payments on www.fdih.dk.

Shipping and delivery

The delivery of the ordered product or service will be delivered at Silkeborg Sø Camping & Feriehuse on the day of arrival. The purchase will end at the day of departure from Silkeborg Sø Camping & Feriehuse. Both the day of arrival and the day of departure are stated in the above-mentioned booking confirmation.

Online security

Silkeborg Sø Camping & Feriehuse will store your name, address, phone number, email address and any additionally given information in their customer database.  None of these informations will be passed on, but Silkeborg Sø Camping & Feriehuse will keep the informations internally for 5 years. The booking website uses server side cookies and a secure connection to ensure safety around the informations that you pass on. The payments with credit cards are carried out in a SSL secure window, where your informations will be encrypted before they are passed on.

Treatment of complaints

Any complaints regarding your booking procedure, the booking itself or your stay at Silkeborg Sø Camping & feriehuse, must happen within reasonable time after the problem or concern arose.  Please ensure that you have read the booking confirmation carefully before you accept your payment. Any complaint can happen either in writing or verbally. 1 year after your stay at Silkeborg Sø Camping & Feriehuse, your right to complain expires according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act §83, stk. 1, unless anything else has been agreed. Silkeborg Sø Camping & Feriehuse will process any complaint as quickly as possible. Silkeborg Sø Camping & Feriehuse will decide if any given product should be either reimbursed or exchanged, or if any price reduction can come to pass.
